So, I thought of sharing it with you!!!
OAT MILK- Yes, this became a part of my diet recently, and I must say, this has done some magic to my health. Let’s see what exactly I learned in the past few days.
What is Oat Milk?
I have recently heard about the term, and it seems that it is all over the world. The milk is said to be super healthy and nutritious. As per all of them who have tried it, oat milk’s health benefits have been amazing. It is said to be one of the most famed sources of proteins and fiber these days. Also, the taste is worth a try!
So, let’s see why people are going head over heels for this milk, and how is it helping them.
1. Popular Breakfast Choice
Oats are healthy, and it has become one of the best breakfast choices for all. I believe people count the benefits that come with eating oats when slurping their morning meal. The consumption of oats in the past few years has increased incredibly. A few others were using it already, who knew what wonder could it do to your health.
In short, many are consuming it, and even I have hoped for this super healthy breakfast choice now.
Why OATS (In any form)?
Digging deep into why people are so into it, and what are the possible oat milk pros and cons that you should go through before making it a part of your life.
1. Superfood for Dull Skin
My skin has always been rough and dry. Besides, I have always faced so many skin issues, getting rid of them was difficult, once. Oat milk for skin does wonders! Here are some skin problems, which I usually face, and why oats are the best for treating them.
2. Treat Arrogant Acne
My skin when is overexposed to the sun, and for longer hours, to be precise. This results in some dark spots on the face. Also, my sweet tooth doesn’t let me get rid of it soon. So, most of the time, I can clearly see blemishes, acne, and other light spots on my face.
When I indulged a bowl of oatmeal in my diet, I realized that the acne was going lighter. Thanks to oats that contain zinc, which actually has the power to kill acne-causing bacteria.
3. Damp Dry Skin
One thing that has always troubled me is my dry skin. My skin always needs something that can provide much-needed nourishment to my skin- both outside and inside. Oats milk’s health benefits are just numerous, and I can say it.
Oats can pull out the dead skin cells, and even provide sufficient moisturizer as well. I thank the anti-inflammatory properties that can exfoliate the skin in no time. Moreover, it cools down the skin that has been inflamed for various reasons. The inflamed skin can be the reason for skin infections and rashes, making your dry skin even dryer.

Coming to my reasons to opt for oats is the same that is stated above. Dry skin and incessant acne and even breakouts sometimes were the main reasons why I have indulged this in my diet now.
Oat Milk- The Recipe
Well, there are different ingredients that you can add to the milk, as per your taste. Here is how I make it:
Ingredients:
- Organic Oats
- Purified Water
- Honey or Dates
Preparation Time:
- 15 Minutes
Recipe- How to PREPARE it?
- Begin by taking some oats and soaking them in a bowl for a minimum of half an hour.
- Now, drain the water after 30 minutes and wash it thoroughly to get the clean oats in the bowl.
- Take a blender jar; put washed oats inside it along with some water (depending on the consistency you want).
- Now, strain the milk using a clean cloth and store the milk in a clean container. If stored under refrigeration, it will last up to 4-5 days.
- You can also add honey or date when drinking, as this will enhance the taste of the Oat milk in no time.
